They no longer need to test it any more, and are already making more nuclear bombs to increase their stockpile. He has the capacity to deliver a bomb anywhere in the USA now, yet trump wants to claim we're safer, when we clearly aren't. Putin's got him doing his bidding for him now with Kim. Does he need to test further, I don't know, they already have made bombs and have a delivery system functioning for them.
