I've got several of the books on him that have come out (on tape) and a few of the authors have said he does indeed look at the papers, but really is only interested in the stories about him. If it doesn't mention Trump, he could care less.

Than three lines on one piece of paper. One of the books I read about him said that a general was in there who had a single piece of paper with a single diagram of our efforts in Afghanistan.
