I don't know what "mental stability" means. No one's ever accused him of being stable, for sure. Fwiw, though, no professional observer has claimed he's psychotic. His mental disorder, whatever it is, would not involve sustained psychosis, or he would have been removed by the 25th.

I still believe he has a serious personality disorder, plus perhaps some of the other possibilities speculated on. In any case, his 2 hours happily insulting Democrats to an appreciative crowd apparently revealed the usual irredeemable whackjob functioning normally for him, and nothing unusual.
