Bolton: “The president kept saying [to Kim Jong Un] take what he called the big deal -- denuclearization, make a decision, give up the nuclear chemical and biological weapons, give up the ballistic missiles.” https://www.foxnews.com/transcript/rep-debbie-dingell-on-what-michael-cohens-testimony-means-for-future-investigations-of-president-trump

Trump applauds North Korea's 'great beaches,' says they would be a perfect location for condos and hotels

https://www.businessinsider.com/trump-says-north-korea-beaches-great-place-for-hotels-condos-2018-6

As a former developer, Trump appeared to hint at that real estate could be the key to North Korea's economic development as a country.

"As an example, they have great beaches," Trump said to reporters. "You see that whenever they're exploding their cannons into the ocean. I said, 'Boy, look at that view. Wouldn't that make a great condo?'"

Trump added that North Korea could be a great location for hotels, too.

"You could have the best hotels in the world right there," Trump said. "Think of it from a real estate perspective. You have South Korea, you have China, and they own the land in the middle. How bad is that, right? It's great."

North Korea does not allow foreign control, and it routinely violates commercial contracts and agreements with investors. Chinese and South Korean investors have been burned big time.

Putin and trump cooked this scheme up to do this and this walk away was set up to then have putin get the deal agreed upon so trump could get his real estate deal with Kim, and trump then could claim since putin helped he would lift sanctions for him and Kim , and again get a commission from it for himself, and this has all been pre-planned by them. These people are really corrupt. Kim probably along with putin and trump ignore him giving up anything. Its all another pr stunt for putin and trump.

"And in exchange for that, you get this well-placed piece of real estate as the president charges it from his business experience, that could have an extraordinary economic future."

This description from Bolton isn't even coherent. Was Trump proposing a real estate transaction in exchange for NK's denuclearization?!
