Must be a citizen to vote?

In Florida today they were pushing a patition to stop voter fraud by requiring a person to be a citizen to vote. Doesn't the constitution give all residents the right to vote? You don't have to be a citizen to serve in the military do you?

a law to be a citizen to vote if it's already the law? Sounds kind of dumb.

They all believe this crap though there is proof of very very little voter issues.

Now the ballot counting.. that's the real problem.

They also were taking signatures to legalize marijuana.
There were two tables set up asking for signatures. This was in Dunedin at a craft beer fest. Like someone said I
guess they were Republicans making people think there are all kinds of voter fraud.

Citizens only for all elections.

And in federal elections noncitizens cant vote in any state.

I can’t believe there is confusion on this issue.
