Speaks volumes. I still remember Bar Bush saying; "They're under-privileged anyhow, so this is working out quite well for them" (referring to all those forced to evacuate and go to the Super-Dome). No wonder George Carlin referred to her as the "Silver Douch-bag." Along with "Heckuva Job Brownie" from W after his fly-over. What a disaster that was, and sounds like still is, for some U.S. citizens. New Orleans didn't get the "A+ treatment" that Drumph has promised Alabama. Same GOP selective treatment, different decade.
