Socialism v Crony Capitalism

OK, want to throw labels around? We can't have Democratic Socialism because Reagan told us that the government is bad, so we have crony capitalism. So what you may ask.

Well what just happened when the government FAA got too chummy with private corporation Boeing? Did the FAA do its job in approving a new airplane before it was ready for flight? Did the FAA cover up for Boeing, did it wait for the last possible minute before grounding it? When Canada grounded the planes today the FAA had no choice but to ground ours. The rest of the world doesn't trust us, they grounded the plane, we were the last to ground ours. Guess what, that black box they recovered isn't coming back to America, it is going to France. The rest of the world doesn't trust the U.S. to investigate the plane.

I am being nice calling our system crony capitalism, what we have in America is fascism.
