Trump entered the political sphere by questioning the legitimacy of Barack Obama's presidency

He rode the birther conspiracy theories all the way to the Republican nomination, by saying Obama was not a legitimate President.

But yet, when we question Trump's legitimacy, it's seen as not "respecting the office of the President"

White's the deal with that?

About his being an illegitimate President, and claim he's not legitimate?

Trump is just the symptom. The Republican (Trump) party from the politicians down to the people who voted them into office are the real problem.

I just hope there are more of us than there are of them.

repubs including their supporters feel they can say and do anything they want. Look at their party. White privilege all the way. It is way past time for us to show them otherwise. We all must remember that we are fighting for our country by working to beat trump and the repubs. It might not be a Dem candidate who I want or who you want. We must have a Dem candidate that can win the majority of states to take the Electoral College. That's the goal. We must have a candidate that can win. It's time to stop the infighting.
