Once report was issued, it's over. But only for RM. He could have passed off anything to other federal prosecutors.

Either filings on the way out the door and/or ones previously filed and now unsealed. I am not expecting either of these scenarios, but either of these cases could still happen tonight or within a few days.

Wikileaks, the transition, etc since he was asked about these things by Mueller. Maybe DOJ will take over that too?

He is correct. There are sealed indictments which may -- or may not -- be from Mr. Mueller.

There is no good reason to seal an indictment for anyone other than the President, and I don't see Mueller unilaterally going around DOJ rules to indict a president.
