OP
But, but Barr said you can't obstruct justice if there's not an underlying crime?

"Collusion" is Trump's word, & I don't think it's a legal term as such. Be that as it may...

And what about Mike Flynn? His cooperation was essential and he got a sweetheart deal...

That portrait of Nixon tattooed on his back should be considered a crime against humanity. nt

What a crock of shit.
And making false statements and influencing a witness.. But that sounds like "collusion" to me when you look at what he did.

...Stone is going down for a host of crimes.
I think "conspiracy" is the word that appears in lawbooks. So when Trump and his supporters look over what is written about him and fail to see the exact precise word he uses all the time, they jump up and down and claim he has been exonerated. No he hasn't.

False statements;
falsely denying possession of documents
tampering with a witness to suborn perjury
Specific acts to impede an investigation, in other words.
Note that it's possible to nail somebody for obstruction of justice if there is no underlying crime, Barr just said it was harder. But the specificity, combined with the false statements, probably qualify. That'll be for a jury to decide based upon a judge's instructions, barring any plea deal.
