Jesus. These are the guidelines that they will use to withhold information from the Mueller Report:

(1) Information obtained from the Grand Jury.

(2) Security information.

(3) Information stifled by executive privilege.

My question, in reference to Grand Jury is, if the same information can also be obtained from other means, can it be shared?

Rosenstein letter to Grassley

"We also have a duty to prevent the disclosure of information that would unfairly tarnish people who are not charged with crimes."

Put that all together.
Lots for the lawyers to fight over that will drag it out before we ever see much.

...and Congress can get information like that without compromising the accused, or running afoul of some disclosure law.

They can take him to court. And he can fight them over it. He's got four fence posts to hang on to.

They're still hanging on to stuff from the Kennedy assassination

Some of the Watergate stuff was just released recently.

Whatever gets released will be a heavily redacted document to appease public demand.

I'm in my 60s. I know that I will not live to see this entire report. It is not going to happen.

Our best hopes might begin in 2020 if a Democrat wins the White House ...

Obviously, not enough was kept from Congress and the public to keep them from ousting Nixon.
