What Barr and Mueller have done is extremely Un-professional and incompetent.

What in the hell were they thinking. What they did created the perception of a cover-up, scandal. Why would you do that? What they did guaranteed to create chaos and anger among the American people and in Congress. People have been waiting two years for the report and you decide to end it this way?

This was very important and they handled it like it was no big deal. I never respected Barr and I have lost a lot of respect for Mueller. Mueller decided to offer no opinion on something as important as Obstruction? Not acceptable. Mueller did not attempt to put Trump under oath? Not acceptable. This was too important.

This has the potential to turn into a major scandal and divide the country even further. What a fucking mess.

1. We don't know for sure anything Mueller said or didn't say.

Barr has been pretty much the only reporting source, and he used the opportunity to spin.

Barr may have pulled the budget plug on him
and it's been reported, Mueller was not in on Barr's letter.

Clearly, Barr could not get Mueller's agreement on obstruction. They were arguing about it 3 weeks ago according to reports.

We have to wait to see what the Mueller report says. And, as I've said all day, below is the biggest news of the day:

"A source with direct knowledge of the investigation told The Daily Beast that Mueller intended to make a case to Congress, believing that legislators, and not the DOJ, are 'empowered to weigh the lawfulness of a president’s conduct.'"

7. Trump and Barr will bury as much of the report as they can. You know that's coming.

We must have Mueller appear before the House. I have to hear from Mueller. The report will not answer all are questions.

5. There is no question that Mueller will be called to testify in Congress, along with Barr.

He has completely unhitched himself from the investigation and will now have a hard time refusing to answer questions on the basis of having to maintain prosecutorial decorum and objectivity.

It may be a very long time, if ever, before we see the full report. But we will know an awful lot more about it very soon.

Mueller knew what was going to happen to 22 months of investigative material once he delivered it to Barr... so he offered up a slim sword for Barr to fall upon, or seppuku... for now it's up to congress to get the truth out...

just my opinion
