Why isn't the media reporting that John McCain an Lindsey Graham started the tRump investigation?

It seems to me, the big story out today is the Lindsey Graham admitted he advised John McCain to give the Steele dossier to the FBI. It seems from there is where the FBI decided to start their investigation into the tRump campaign. It was never a Democratic party thing. It was purely a Republican cat fight.

I'd like to know the date McCain handed the dossier over to the FBI. It should be easy to find out how it was handled. I imagine it would have been handled with the highest urgency seeing it was given to them by a United States Senator. This is where this investigation needs to be going. We have the admission by Graham they gave the dossier to the FBI.

it had already been in progress for months by the time McCain gave it to the FBI. What really started it was George Papadopoulos' blabbing to an Australian government official in May of 2016 that Russia was in possession of emails relating to Clinton. In July, after the DNC hacking had become known, the Australians told U.S. authorities about Papadopoulos's comment, leading the FBI to open a counterintelligence investigation into the Trump campaign on July 31. McCain didn't get the dossier from Steele and pass it on to the FBI until December.

Did the FBI follow all applicable "legal requirements" when FBI lawyer Lisa Page and then-Deputy Director Andrew McCabe obtained a Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) warrant to surveil Trump aide Carter Page -- weeks before the 2016 presidential election -- by relying heavily on a dossier created by a firm working for the Hillary Clinton campaign and the Democratic National Committee (DNC)?

There's your answer. It's all bullshit. Do you have any idea what hoops have to be jumped through to get a FISA warrant? Fox "News" doesn't. And the FBI didn't even have the Steele dossier before the election.
