How could Mueller end the probe when he still had an outstanding

subpoena under appeal? He didn't have all of the evidence in hand.

1. That's in regard to a Russian company he is prosecuting

They’re in the report already (Barr’s summary of course)

4. This is referring to a subpoena to get evidence. What is the underlying matter?

How can that be in the report??

8. The prosecution is in the report

There are a number of prosecutions underway that spun off from his investigation. There’s no way Mueller was going to wait years for every prosecution to finish.

Imagine getting to November 2020 with Mueller still at work because he was waiting on this prosecution after he had already determined that their crimes were unrelated to Trump.

2. Also Gates was still cooperating and there are the outstanding Butina and Stone investigations.

Not to mentions others we don't even know about. Like what happened to Nader and Prince?

5. IIRC he also asked for the extension of the Grand Jury not too long ago.
