My winter utility bills are down by 75% from last year, and I live in NYC.

We did not have one major snow storm. My colleague bought a new snow blower a year ago, and he hasn't even used it yet.

But I guess this is just a Chinese hoax.

Of course we got new windows last year which may have made a serious difference, but I was really surprised at how low our bills were this past year. No worries, Oklahoma Gas will no doubt find another way to get our money through hikes.

Coldest couple of months we’ve had in this area for a while. Everything’s hot and sunny again now, however.

actual natural gas usage. Most came from a dramatic increase in 'delivery charges'.
