It features Mitt Romney at some sort of fundraiser or event admitting that he outsourced jobs to China and used Chinese slave labor (colloquially-speaking) during his tenure at Bain Capital, and managing to rationalize it in the process:

I am biased, but I am at least 80 to 90% sure that is him sound just like him. If it weren't for the letters on the screen I might have been able to get a decent look at him.
