... of the law school faculty for agreeing to represent Harvey Weinstein.

One of the forest principles of this country is that everyone is entitled to their day in court.


You can think that Weinstein is a scumbag and still stand for the constitutional right of a fair trial.

Those two view points are contradictory.

specifically the women's movement named after a girl who was raped and had her tongue mutilated so she couldn't tell what happened: the Ellen Jamesians. The original aim was noble but the purpose diffracts and degenerated, leading to the destruction of lives.
