6. This has a little potential to be a Watergate tapes moment ....

They're much more likely to be candid in discussions with each other than they would be testifying in front of a House Committee.

I have a feeling Barr would avoid having too much in writing.
Mueller probably has contemporaneous memos.

The problem is executive privilege.
Nixon invoked it over the tapes and lost claiming a general need.

Trump-Barr would have to assert a specific need for confidentiality.
Could be hard to do if there are a lot of emails. Or contemporaneous memos to himself in Mueller's case.

They may also try to muzzle Mueller this way..

If they do get them and they reveal for example, something like Mueller accusing Barr of covering for Trump .. game over.

11. I said it when Mueller report was released that no way would a thorough team like that not

create executive summary reports. Barr is full of sh*t.

and if the DOJ refuses to comply and if the report comes back all blacked out, as I suspect it will, than the House should take up impeachment proceedings and state they want the report unredacted because it willl be exhibit A.
