In perfect health and at the prime of his physical and mental capacity, he's a supreme asshole. Any symptoms of illness, craziness, or deterioration make all of it worse.

4. You know what my biggest concern is with the cabinet?

Trump's got no problem with vacancies and acting cabinet-level officials. So if there were ever the possibility of a 25th Amendment solution (won't hold my breath here), I'm not entirely sure acting secretaries have the Constitutional authority to remove an asshole of this magnitude.
