3. They are practicing or enabling serious corruption, lawlessness and treasonous activity.

In broad daylight, with little-to-no hindrances, Republicans are either breaking multiple laws in plain sight, or, if they’re on the sidelines, their silence and inaction in the face of this clear and present danger makes them utterly complicit.

And, as every knowledgeable pundit writes, once a government wanders this far off the path of stability and into banana-republic behaviors, democracy is extremely difficult to restore.
