True or False: If AG Barr says obstruction is not a crime, then that is the final word?

The Attorney General is the final arbiter when a Special Counsel turns over the results of his investigation to him?

Even if the Special Counsel does not say that there was no obstruction of justice by Donald J Trump?

How much authority does the Attorney General have in making the final decision on whether or not there is obstruction of justice?

Even if there is over-whelming evidence of obstruction of justice, the Attorney General cannot be questioned?

2. This is a question of impeachment, exclusive to the House

No one in the Executive or Judicial branch matters. It is up to the House to determine impeachment and the Senate to convict. No one else is involved, at all.

This is why Congress needs to see all the evidence.

Without Republicans supporting the rule of law, it doesn't exist.

5. It is up to the house to determine if an offense is impeachable. It does not need to be a crime.

That's why it's called high crimes and misdemeanors. The senate tries the case. However, the senate is the one that makes up the rules in a trial, thus most likely will be taking a vote privately and no impeachment.

Saying Obstruction didn't happen is vastly different...or that there isn't a case for it..

"How much authority does the Attorney General have...." the AG has wide latitude to determine that. He has a gazilion lawyers to rely on. Many of them DoJ lifers. None have come out to contradict him
