Anyone ever read "Voyage of the Space Beagle"

By A E Van Vogt published in 1950?

It’s s brilliant SF novella and all about internal politics while facing a variety of monstrous threats.

I mention it because nothing is new under the sun including rough and tumble politics.

..... was in my collection of sci-fi paperbacks before I decided to clean house. I thought it was worth reading twice.

But our public library has it as a handy e-book, as well as Amazon, Kobo, etc.
