The legacy of William Barr will remain intact.

His legacy was that when the Republicans were in a bind, they could depend on Bill Barr to fix it. He was the ultimate "fixer". He was able to fix the Iran-Contra scandal with Caspar Weinberger and the George HW Bush crowd. He managed to do it on a Christmas Eve.

When Donald Trump and his traitorous Republican supporters got caught holding hands with the Russians and making money on the sly, who did they call? The "Fixer".

His legacy and reputation were well-known before he volunteered to help get their nuts out of the fire. He was proud to be a partisan Republican. He would do whatever necessary to keep Party order.

It didn't matter to him if laws were broken. It didn't matter if our national security was threatened. He had only one job. That was to save Donald Trump. Declare him exonerated and hide all the evidence that would indicate otherwise.

He is no patriot. He never was a patriot. He is a fixer. He was always the fixer.

Obstruction should be equated with covering up the actual truth which is exactly what Barr is trying to do.

fool me twice shame on me. We know from history who and what Barr is. If we allow him to fuck over our democracy a second time then we deserve an authoritarian, fascist government. Democrats need to attack Barr, desperate times call for desperate measures. Our candidates need to go after Barr. Barr needs to be our focus, make his life miserable. Democrats need to unite in a concerted effort to hit Barr hard. Sending polite letters and asking politely won't do it. Time to take off the gloves, time to force the M$M to report our narrative, our talking points, that Barr is complicit in a cover up, is complicit in bringing down our democracy.

Barr needs to be attacked in the most strenuous, legal ways we can attack him.

need to hold a meeting with all members and spell out united, forceful messages that need to be pushed hard in the M$M. I see Republicans do it all of the time, they repeat a unified message that the M$M ends up covering, even if the messages are lies. We don't need to lie, but we need to push talking points that will resonate with the people.

We need to push;

If Trump is so innocent, why is he hiding the Mueller report? Why is he hiding his taxes?
How much did Trump gain from his tax breaks for the rich?
Why has Trump broken his promise to lower drug prices?

It isn't hard Democrats. Push unified messages right up to election time. Surely Democratic leaders can come up with better talking points than I came up with?

10. Well, Barr is like, the fourth string 'fixer,' though.
Tue Apr 16, 2019, 10:42 AM

Michael was the first string guy. Whoops! He's going to start a 3-year prison sentence on May 6 this year.

Sally Yates.

Dana Boente (A record - only ten days of service)

Sessions.

Whitaker.

And now the hack, Barr. He is actually NOT a fourth stringer. According to this he is strictly fifth string as an Attorney General and sixth string as a 'fixer.'

14. Barr is Dirty and Has Been for Decades - This Isn't a News Flash

It's likely he shut down the Mueller investigation to prevent any referrals for prosecution. One look at Barr's smug smirk and it's easy to clearly see what he's really about. We will have to wait for a new Democratic president and new Democratic attorney general before any criminal prosecutions are taken up by the Justice Department. By then, the statute of limitations will have run for manyTrump & Co.'s crimes. This was all part of the plan...
