Imo, Barr gave the WH Muellers report days or weeks before Congress got it.

I believe Barr , Trump, Trump's attorneys, all sat there redacting the report together.

What do you think?

The report got to them as quickly as he could get it there depending on how the report was delivered to him in the first place.
