Have you noticed? The Mueller-report is out and something important is missing.

There were rumors that Giuliani had prepared a 140-page draft for the counter-report and in the days leading up to the release of the Mueller-report he was cutting it down to 50 pages.

well in advance (which I'm sure they did).

By letting a little time pass, they can claim it was written AFTER, and also this gives them a couple days to see how things play out in the media, and address specific points.

Would've been an all-around bad-idea for TrumpCo to release a giant counter-report the very next day.

I’m assuming these are either connected to ongoing cases or will come up in the counterintelligence report. I do NOT think Mueller forgot or ignored them.
