Impeach or investigation ?

I don't see how if things don't change and change soon how we move forward . I hear, Wait until we get more information on trumps obstruction before we impeach. I hear don't impeach let Congress investigate more. Then it seems congressional supenas are ignored routinely. I want trump impeached now but I've come around to more investigations but we can't go through another two years of hearings I know I can't. If the Democratic party leadership doesn't want to impeach and allows witnesses to ignore calls to testify where does this end. The stalling has to stop and leadership has to start twisting some arms and move this along. I'm tired of being disappointed over and over again and if there are no soild results getting trump and the republicans destroyed in one way or another people's attention will go away and we will lose again.

An impeachment investigation would allow them to get documents like his taxes fairly easily compared to regular investigations and denied requests for info. Get them televised too.

During Clinton's impeachment the House didn't even have impeachment hearings. They took the Starr report and voted for impeachment...I just learned this today (actually I had forgotten it until I watched the news today).

Yes, of course Republicans run the Senate but we can put them on record with a yay or nay that the American people can evaluate.

Just the events of tonight demonstrate that impeachment is the only thing that has a chance of restraining this presidency.

Trump just called up a reporter tonight to say he won't let any of his aides cooperate with Congress in any way. This alone calls for impeachment. He is calling Nancy's bluff and it is time for action.

is getting emboldened, he is a catalyst for chaos. He is a cornered rat. And I wish he would stop with his dangerous rhetoric towards journalists.

They're going to obstruct no matter what we do, so we might as well take the path that affords us the most power, and that's an impeachment inquiry. More people need to realize that starting an impeachment inquiry now does not equal drafting and voting on Articles of Impeachment now. And in the time between those events, we get the benefits of an official impeachment inquiry, like the exception on Rule 6e material, that we don't get with regular investigations, since they are not judicial proceedings.
