Not cool.
Pharma Bro Martin Shkreli has been transferred out of his low-security prison and hauled back to Brooklyn after a report he was still running his business and tweeting with a contraband cell phone.
Shkreli, 36, whos serving seven years in a federal prison for defrauding investors, has been moved from the prison at Fort Dix in New Jersey to the Metropolitan Detention Center in downtown Brooklyn, according to federal Bureau of Prisons records.
His lawyer, Benjamin Brafman, told CNBC hell remain there until his transfer to a prison in Allenwood, Penn.
The transfer comes after federal prison authorities opened a probe into Shkrelis behavior behind bars, following a March Wall Street Journal report that he used the phone to call the shots at Phoenixus AG, and tried to fire the companys CEO, Kevin Mulleady.
