If the government owns everything is it really a socialist government???

on Lawrence O'Donald tonight, he was talking about the US owing 2 million dollars to North Korea for Otto Warmbier's "medical bills". North Korea does not have medical bills, the government OWNS EVERYTHING. So is North Korea a Socialist Country??? Yikes.

The charge is not justified and that is why the US did not pay the bill.

is a system in which the government or cooperatives of citizens own and control the means of production and distribution, and there might or might not be centralized economic planning. There are a lot of variations on this model, some less benign than others. North Korea describes itself as socialist, but it's probably more accurate to describe it as a Stalinist totalitarian dictatorship.
