Trump cannot stand for anyone to have any credit in doing anything except himself. Pelosi knows enough about that, that she has used it to put her foot in the door. Trump will find a way to destroy the deal because the Democrats are out in front of it. He will try to blame the Democrats but like the shut down, his prints will be all over the destruction of a massive infrastructure deal.

Maybe I am being naive, but I think that while Nancy and Chuck are serious about infrastructure, they know that Trump is not and so have prepared for the likelihood that he will destroy the plan.
