6. If Mueller was told to end it, Mueller should have so noted. Sometimes, you have

to throw the book of rules away.

Personally, I think it was time to wind the report up and give it to the House to take action. I wish Mueller had not so emphatically stated he found no evidence amounting to collusion/conspiracy by trump or campaign. Obstruction is the lesser charge in this whole matter.
