Maybe Barr's testimony today will shake something more loose from Mueller. (Original Post) Grasswire2 May 2019 OP

Having faced down an enemy in war, led others in combat, never surrendered his principles, Robert Mueller will take command once again and lay down the truth.

I am assuming he is disgusted as to the direction this country is going with a lawless President and corrupt administration. No longer is there the rule of law and upholding the Constitution. Perhaps Mueller will testify to the truth under threat of arrest by Barr.

Trump may be sleeping good tonite after the despicable show Americans watched. But Trump would be foolish to think he is in the clear, because he is not.

He's a longtime Republican legal establishment power player from the same clubhouse as Barr (they're good friends, incidentally). He had the chance to "lay down the law" in his report and instead he punted on everything.

Mueller will volunteer no help to us. He probably won't disgrace himself the way Barr has, but he will equivocate and demur and punt and pointedly refuse to level any direct shots at either Barr or Trump. At best, his position will be "the report speaks for itself, reach your own conclusions."

Don't forget, a main prosecutor, Andrew Weissman, has since left DoJ.
