Wow.
She's amazing in this press conference.
___
Editing to add that news sources say Pelosi told a closed-door meeting today that the lying by Barr she's referring to was his lie to Charlie Crist:

(82,849 posts)It's a simple, direct, and absolutely true message. Lying to Congress is a crime. AG Barr lied to Congress. Barr has committed a crime.

(1,981 posts)That Trump instructed others to lie to Congress, and that it would make perfect sense that Trump has instructed AG Barr to lie to Congress. This is the opening for impeachment of both to begin. Barr and Trump should be given the "official opportunity" to resign and then commence with impeachment after a press conference telling the American people this is the only option left to deal with a corrupt administration and an enabling GOP.

(1,942 posts)Now arrest him already for Contempt of Congress...let the Sergeant at Arms drag him out of the DOJ in handcuffs!
Representatives and Senators have sworn an oath to protect the Constitution.
They need to arrest Barr, just like John Mitchell was arrested in the Watergate days.
What are they waiting for???
A chicken etc. that might be funny, but it means nothing.
Take your oath seriously, and ACT!!
Thank you! Otherwise you are delivering all of us to Dear Leader : (

(11,885 posts)Or they'll just get much worse with disregard for everything . The judicial branch watching what him and trump are doing now much be as pissed at them as the American people are now. Their acting as though they are above the rule of law is a national disgrace, and another example of how corrupt these people really are.
