If there are no real penalties for Barr's contempt of Congress, why should there

be penalties for someone who releases the full Mueller Report?

It just seems to me that any acting authority that would step in if someone leaks that Report, should also be counted on to enforce the law if Barr decides to ignore subpoenas.

That would be acceptable. MSNBC just painted the House as if their options are toothless.

Disbarment would be an appropriate response.
