So Who is Laura Looner, Anyhow?

I saw this morning that FezBook had banned Alex "The Mouth" Jonez, the infamous Milo Wannawhipyourass and someone named Laura Looner or Loomer, or whatever, along with some other assorted ne'er-do-wells. I recognize some of the names, but this Looner person I don't know.

Is she really a True Looner, or just a wannabe Looner?

I mean, good for FezBook for clearing away there, but I'm confused about this Looner person. Is she associated with that Jacob "Toilet" Bohl guy?
