With it looking like McGahn won’t be allowed to testify.
With it looking like we will never see the fully unredacted report.

It may just come down to Mueller.
Whether it’s while he still works for the DOJ or after he leaves it, his testimony is crucial.
It must be before live tv cameras.
It must be done with probing questions and follow up questions about Barr, Rosenstein, and anyone else who tried to influence the stoppage, spin, or outright lies about what is in the report both before and after it came out.

The key then becomes whether or not Mueller believes he should spill every bean or if he will just be a good soldier that gives minimalist answers.
The only thing at risk might just be our Democratic Republic.

Harry Litman knows these people and last night he said that Mueller probably wants to tell everything and do more but due to his "by the book" professionalism he may not be able to do that. This is his life's work and he will be seen/viewed in history for this and his role so he will be very smart and will handle things from this perspective.

19. I thought so too when I first heard about the 27th letter. But, when I read it, I saw Mueller

was just concerned the 4 page Barr summary wasn't enough. Now that the summaries and the redacted report has been released, Mueller has been quiet.

I hope you are right, but Mueller needs to talk very directly so that ignorant white wingers have a hard time saying, "No collusion/conspiracy, no obstruction" when he's through.
