Regardless of what right wingers think about Russian interference in the 16 election, if u asked most whether they would MIND such interference to ensure GOP victory in 20, they would say no. They wouldn't mind. They hate 'liberals" more than foreign interference in our elections

Is that all liberals do is raise taxes so they can give generous handouts (which they often call "free stuff&quot to lazy people who are not deserving. 20. I try to engage them with this line of questioning:

- Outside of the US, which country would you want to live in? What would be your number 1 pick, if money were no object?

- Why do you choose that country?

They will usually dodge a bit. Keep asking. Eventually, they will name a country with a good social safety net.

By removing the discussion from the US, it breaks them out of their trained soundbites. Sort of like talking to someone with Alzheimer's -- try to reach the memories and brain cells that existed before Rush Limbaugh and Fox news destroyed their thinking powers.


Alternative question:

- Which country, outside of the US, has the type of government and society closest to your ideal? No social safety net, no state healthcare, few rules and regulations on industry?

- Would you want to live there?

23. Wish one of our candidates would ask China to find Rumps collusion.

I’m thinking the only way to MAKE them care about or sovereignty and integrity of our elections is for one or more of our candidates to start asking foreign countries to find Rump’s collusion. Have our candidates have secret meetings with Chinese leadership, or leaked secret meetings with Germany’s leadership.

If they are willing to overlook the sleazy ass shit going on just because it benefits them, perhaps we should at least give the illusion that it is now benefitting us to get them to get off their asses and do their job.

27. Those of us paying attention have known this since way before Trump

Our side's inability to grasp this or to understand it and fight it is why we are in the situation we are in now. These people are sociopaths driven by hatred above all else. Our political operatives and candidates and representatives have been operating as though these actually were "people of faith" or that they actually wanted "small government" or that they were "patriots" and that they were voting based on "economic anxiety" and while our side was just waiting for these people to come around or while we wasted time and money and effort and elections trying to figure out how to reach the unreachable, they have destroyed our country.

And now, like with so many things before now (the Iraq war, terrorist attacks, the economic collapses) the people who are paid and whose entire job it is to know better go "How did this happen?!?!? Who could have seen this coming?!?!" While those of us that did slap our heads, put our faces in our hands, and cry out of frustration that nobody wanted to listen to the voices that were telling us this stuff long ago when we still had a chance to defeat it.

The Mueller report found that they were ordering their bots to support Trump, Sanders and Stein.

A 37-page indictment resulting from special counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation shows that Russian nationals and businesses also worked to boost the campaigns of Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders and Green party nominee Jill Stein in an effort to damage Democrat Hillary Clinton.

They either like the far left in the U.S. or they view them as a useful tool.
