So in that respect not much has changed. Trump's posturing is just a hoax while Bolton and Pompeo pray the regime collapses.

Neither Pompeo nor Trump have the political nerve to actually negotiate with a communist regime, so that leaves Bolton in the drivers seat.

Trump is the clown. Kim is actually in a very challenging situation bordering on desperation.
