What I would like to hear Bob Mueller say:

"I have always been someone that followed the law by the book. But when someone has no respect for the law and is willing to break the law or ignore it, then the book must be followed more closely than ever. We cannot permit lawlessness in our society or our government."

...

"We investigated the Russian attack upon our election system and our democracy. It was a sweeping and systematic attack. We should expect our leaders to address the problem. They should fix our election system, as a bare minimum. It is unfortunate that some have chosen to ignore the attack upon our democracy."

...

"There was a reason I did not indict Donald Trump for obstruction and conspiracy. It was not because he was not guilty of the charges. It was the policy of the OLC that a sitting President could not be indicted. No one person can make a decision to indict and get rid of a lawless President. That is the job of Congress if they think it meets the requirement of high crimes and misdemeanors."

...

"I have resigned as the Special Counsel and I am now a private citizen. So, I speak as a private citizen, not affiliated in any way with the White House or the government. That is why I have come to the conclusion that I have reached."

...

"It is my conclusion that there has been unprecedented lawlessness from this Administration. There has been many instances of abuse of power and obstruction of a legal inquiry. Although we did not find a person or a document showing there was collusion between this White House and the Russian government, it is my strong conviction that there is enough circumstantial evidence to charge conspiracy against the United States."

Sincerely,

Robert Mueller III

To me, that is the real crime. The Russians interfere in every election in every democratic country.
When my father ran for a city alderman position, a USSR funded candidate was his opponent! That was back in mid 1950's! I was just a young kid then, not yet a teenager. But Russians hate democracies anywhere and are always doing mischief.

2016 election should have been handled better. Obama admin had a chance to clean up our election process. Now Trump has the same chance and I don't think he has done anything. Laws should be passed to impose severe penalties on election meddlers and cooperators.

If he had anything, it would be in the report. Nothing new will come from his testimony.

"I can't comment on that because it's an ongoing investigation."

I'm way over thinking that a republican FBI guy who was a member at Trump's country club will be our savior.

I will be thrilled if I'm wrong.
