And some people become billionaires partly through grifting.

I'm almost positive that Trump assisted his older brother to die from alcoholism.
He seems to be psychotic and self-absorbed enough to get his father's favored son out of the way.
I believe that Trump wanted to be the #1 son and get all of dad's attention and money.
When all was said and done, he got the money, but always remained as the Fredo of the family.
Trump was always #2 in his dad's eyes. His father had to constantly bail out his disappointment of a son.
