(2,785 posts)I'm not saying their going to pay Mueller retirement pay I'm saying they will attempt to keep Mueller as employed as special council by the white house even after he resigns.

(2,785 posts)this would just be referred to the justice department which is overseen by Trumps attorney general William Barr. I hope there is more to that statute,because that seems to lays everything at the feet of the employees in this case the manipulation will be on the employers end the white house.

(128,965 posts)would be initially at fault and low-hanging fruit. So I expect there would be major pushback. You might recall the Ben Carson furniture procurement fiasco and something like this would go far beyond even that.
The Act has been around a long long time.
