"this week", so... What is "soon" in Congress, is not necessarily so to the rest of us. But, it is up to Nancy Pelosi.

Chairman Nadler gave them 2 days to add comments and stuff.
Then, Ms Pelosi will have to schedule it. Maybe next week, the week after at latest I would think.

The citation will then go to the U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia, who works for Barr. He will decline to move forward with a civil suit.
Then Pelosi will present the contempt citation to the U.S. District Court for Washington D.C. what happens with it there will depend on which judge randomly draws the case.
