One of two things will happen. Either:

1. Mueller will state his disagreement with Barr, but not substantially and the impeach train will stop.

2. Like the televised Watergate Hearings in the summer of 1973, Mueller will tell of the outrageous actions of Trump and his campaign and the impeachment number will really take off.

If you want you want to impeach, the first question the Democratic House Chair must ask is, "Did you not charge Trump with obstruction of justice because it's not DOJ policy to do so or was it because you did not have the evidence"?
