is disgusting beyond belief. They should pay their bills but routinely get away with stiffing people. There is no accountability for their actions.

That aside, you would have to be deaf, dumb and blind not to know that that stiffing contractors is a common Trump business practice. At this point, any contractor entering into a contract to do work for the Trump family/organization has to be flat out dumber than a sack of rocks. I kind of have a hard time feeling sorry for the idiot contractors. When will companies learn to stop doing business with the Trumps? A contract with a large dollar amount might look enticing but it does you no good if you can never collect the amount owed.

Trump and the Trump Organization stiff contractors all the time. Trump will claim to be unhappy with the Conractor's work.

Given the amount of stiffed contracts and lawsuits, Trump is either:
1) entering into contracts with the express intent to never honor them; or
2) the worst businessman ever at selecting companies to do business with if he is that unhappy with so many companies.

He and his family are grifters and anybody stupid enough to do business with them will get no sympathy from me at this point. Their business practices are so well known that a rational person would run from them rather then take a job.

Some contractors see $ signs and don't bother to think things through. What good is a contract if you can't collect the aount owed.

Also comments about them being tired of being used as pawns in our political disputes.

I won't use it & I encourage others to not use it.

in one of our political battles. It is USING that name as a political weapon. This is not okay.

From the National Congress of American Indians:

https://newsmaven.io/indiancountrytoday/archive/ncai-condemns-president-trump-s-derogatory-use-of-pocahontas--KArFACFlku_jlYnYVYNHg/

“NCAI is a bi-partisan organization that works equitably with both sides of the political aisle, and it is not our common practice to comment on the partisan name calling that has come to dominate American politics,” said NCAI Executive Director Jacqueline Pata in the official release. “But we cannot and will not stand silent when our Native ancestors, cultures, and histories are used in a derogatory manner for political gain.”

Pocahontas is a “well-known historical Native figure” that has been turned into a derogatory term. The NCAI release states that, “in fact, the cultural misappropriation of Native American cultures and traditions unfortunately was a common occurrence during the 2016 election season, with multiple attacks by candidates and their surrogates during debates, rallies, and live broadcast appearances.”

but it's pretty hilarious how many white people claim native American ancestry and bloodlines: "my great gramma was a full blooded Apache" (they claim tribal names popularized in films, never heard white folk claim tribal names too clunky for John Wayne to recite).

This was a "thing" back in the 70s.

He was targeting a person who was identifying as Native American by using the actual name of a NA cultural figure.

He, however, doesn't identify as such. Nor does the hashtag imply he's native or anything of the sort, nor invoke a stereotype of Native Americans as crooks, deadbeats, neer do wells or anything else along those lines. No one that I know of as of yet is mocking up an image of Trump as a Native. It's just throwing his bullshit back in his face with something that rhymes.

to jokes about Brokeahontus, which is derogatory and an obvious play on Pocahontus name -- not just "something that rhymes."

They clearly said they don't want their ancestors, history, or culture used in partisan politics, and we should respect that.

The theme, but me not having a better name doesn’t mean the old one is okay.

I don’t really care about offending just anyone, but I’d like to avoid nicknames that are offensive to traditional dem voters. If you come up with one that offends white supremacists, go for it.
