Scrap 'Obamacare'? Maybe not all, Trump administration says

WASHINGTON — Scrap “Obamacare”? Well, maybe not all of it.

The Trump administration is arguing in court that the entire Affordable Care Act should be struck down as unconstitutional. But at the same time, Justice Department lawyers recently suggested that federal judges could salvage its anti-fraud provisions, raising questions about keeping other parts as well.

Serving up more mixed messages, President Donald Trump last week floated to a Democratic lawmaker that he’d like to revive her legislation shoring up the health law’s insurance markets. “I was kind of stunned, but I said, look, I am willing to work with anyone,” recalled the lawmaker, Sen. Patty Murray of Washington.

Following questions from The Associated Press, the White House released a statement: “Obamacare remains unconstitutional but people deserve relief from all of its empty promises, so the Trump Administration is working within current law to reduce fraud and lower cost for all Americans.“

Banana Republicans have been attempting to ruin Obamacare (Republican HeritageCare) for years now, the smoke smells like air freshener but in realtity, Republicans don't want health care....unless they somehow can make a $ off of it.

The range of choices are from the Dems embracing of Healthcare for All to the Republicans No HealthCare.

Trump will strip out reproductive healthcare for the fake religious fanatic vote and lessen consumer protections (offering junk non-comprehensive plans, plans with high deductibles, life time caps, etc.) while trying to keep certain aspects like coverage for preexisting conditions and insuring young adult family members until the age of 26 in tact. He will then convince voters to buy into his "all new" phenomenally (un)improved plan. Think Trump vodka.

Democrats should steer clear.

That is what a semi-competent real human being would do and he's not that - he's nothing more than a hate filled criminal and treasonous oligarch who cares nothing for no one but himself. Everything he or his party have suggested destroys pre-existing and the 26 year old rule - every single thing. He will do zero, zip, nada to include those because they really help and that's not what he wants. He wants huge bribes from the ins. co. to allow them to completely fuck with us for their and his profits, that's why he put Scott in charge - the worst elder killer of them all, his company convicted of 70 billion $$ of fraud against Medicare recipients already. He also wants to kill us - the working class - because we are not supporting him and PUtin's world takeover for the rich.
