Iraq only happened in the shadow of 9/11. Without a similar trauma to the American public, I don't think it works.

Afterall, who would be his Colin Powell. Or even Condi Rice. I don't think any of them have the gravitas or respect needed to convince the public.

Of course that won't stop him from starting something anyway.
