'Shit lite' looks on track this time around. The 'Not shit party' are stagnant and there are too many racist fuckwilly parties and independents to carry the rest of the vote.

So yeah, Shit lite is the best we can muster I'm afraid.

all that stuff the video says is nonsense - "you're wasting your vote!" "you're helping the Shit party win!!"

is unfortunately often true in our system.

The ad is pointing out that in Australia they CAN safely vote their true preference, but apparently many people don't understand that, and the Shit and Shit-Lite parties try to encourage that ignorance.

And the biggest problem with the largest "Not Shit" party here, is that it rolled in manure in the last election and got itself all covered with shit, too. (*Cough* Jill Stein *Cough*) Sigh.

Also I wasn't aware there was a Democratic nominee yet and I will reserve my judgement of one until I know who that may be.

Having said that maybe I should of pre-faced my comment with 'As an Australian' because given that the video posted is about Australian politics perhaps It wasn't clear enough that that is what I was referencing, sorry if there was any misunderstanding.

My country votes this weekend, I have already sent my postal vote off and like I said that video is a fairly good representation of the system in Australia. There are of course nuances depending on electorate but still a good video. You can't really compare it to the US system at all and doing so would be foolish.
