1. Did his tenant who died in the fire ever get anything other than a "SUCKER" Trump tweet (imagining)?

Why would anyone live in a high rise without fire sprinklers today? Especially given his reputation for shoddy construction?

How much of the vacancy is down to fear of dying due to crap construction versus hatred of the Rump?

We've detested him for decades.

Why would anyone want to live in a building with his name on it?

Chump would rather keep it empty than bring in the riff-raff. No I'm sure he'll find new suckers like extremely rich Arabs and Asians to buy his condos.

You can't be dropped off by a car or cab in front of the building, which is blocked off from the avenue by lovely concrete barricades. I assume that you have to show i.d. in the lobby to go up to your apartment every time you enter etc etc. They probably do background reviews of new tenants and owners. Who would want to pay a lot of money to be regularly inconvenienced when you go back and forth? And that won't stop when Trump leaves office if he's going to live there full-time. It's probably one of the main reasons the condo owners are having so much trouble selling their apartments.

BTW, the apartments in the building are condos, which were sold by Trump long ago. The owners can rent them out or sell them, but their difficulties doing that right now don't affect Trump directly the way they would if it was a pure rental apartment building owned by him. He owns the office and retail spaces, which are also struggling.
