(1,660 posts)That's not how hackers would roll when it comes to things like this, lest they'd be found out immediately.
The point is to keep the people who might vote against you from voting. Or if they did vote, they somehow wouldn't be counted. Literally changing those votes is too easy and not really in the hackers' best interest...
