(7,964 posts)Or hear his tweets read, or his vile policies enacted or defended, or his racism dismissed, or his crimes covered up. I could go on and on as I'm sure everyone here could. I just watch the news shows now for a few minutes because they keep showing him over and over, and reading his tweets, and so forth. Even Colbert is too much because while he makes fun of him he has to show him and read his tweets. I understand it's their job and good for them for doing it but I'm done with it. In other words I'm right there with you.

(2,809 posts)Beyond getting him out because he's a dangerous bastard is not having to hear about him or his insane tweets any fucking more.

(6,536 posts)of course I am inevitably and constantly reminded of his existence, but that doesn't mean I have to acknowledge any kind of legitimacy as far as this asshole and his whole corrupt administration is concerned.

Kick in to the DU tip jar?
This week we're running a special pop-up mini fund drive. From Monday through Friday we're going ad-free for all registered members, and we're asking you to kick in to the DU tip jar to support the site and keep us financially healthy.
As a bonus, making a contribution will allow you to leave kudos for another DU member, and at the end of the week we'll recognize the DUers who you think make this community great.
