They have achieved their goal of complete tyranny of the minority. If they can strip away the rights of over half of the citizens of this country, perhaps we are done as a nation.

if SCOTUS does overturn Roe v Wade, it will go back to the states and most states in the South and many across the Midwest will immediately ban abortion.

And then, to keep the evangelicals motivated and angry, they will go state by state and rally their base in each state to turn out and vote for Republicans and against Democrats to try to turn each state against abortion rights. First, it will be blue leaning swing states and then purple states and then blue states.

Gaining support from the mouth breathers and hoping RvW is shot down before they're run out of town on a rail.

Yeah, they don't care how much damage they do.

It won't be Roberts, Gorsuch, Kavanaugh. Not likely Alito. Clarence Thomas? He'll hold out as long as he can, like RBG is doing for us.

There's your 5-4 majority. Best we can hope for is overreach and/or poor presentation of the legal argument, so that Roberts, who is relatively sane, would reject it.

We lost Roe v Wade when we lost PA, WI, and MI in 2016.

Would the White wing Evilgelical hypoChristions be against abortion if the women shot the rapist's fetus with a gun? Out of womb kids being shot are just the price of freedom and Guns R Us. Arm the abortion doctors.

The only way we'll ensure the interests of the people are upheld and honored is to turn the map blue, blue, blue. Because I'll tell you, if we do that, even the so-called 'blue dogs' will come along.

We must rebuild many things, get rid of some dysfunctional things and restore the faith of the American people in our institutions.

Lots of work to do, and high expectations of progress. The WHOLE WORLD NEEDS US TO WIN.

Few people want to ban abortion completely, in all circumstances with no exceptions. Lots more are in favor of outlawing most abortions, though.

as a prerequisite to buying a gun, but Republicans in Congress just say Fuck You, America and gun violence victims, we're doing what our NRA donors and hardest hardcore primary voters want anyway.

Edit: Only one egregious example of many. There's such a long list of things America at large wants to happen but Republican politicians and their special interest paymasters don't care, and where they have the power to they're blocking anyway.
